After spending twenty-five years in the health and wellness
industry as personal trainer, strength coach, massage therapist,
nutrition and menopause coach, Steph went back to graduate school
and in 2023, received her Master's of Science degree in Health and
Human Performance with a focus on Women's Hormone Health, from
Pacific College of Health Science.  She followed this up with
a Menopause Coaching Specialist and Sleep, Stress and Recovery
certifications. She also holds certificates in nutritional
coaching, health coaching, personal training,  stress
management, meditation, and massage.  She has lived and worked
with people all over the world as a military spouse teaching
fitness classes, training runners and CrossFitters, massaging
clients, and teaching nutrition and menopause workshops.
These days, she and her family live in Spokane, WA where she
owns Blossom Whole Wellness, a women's wellness studio designed and
built for women.  Her passion is assisting women through all
aspects of the menopause transition.
