Pilates Studio

I have been going to the studio now for a few months.My experience has been overwhelmingly positive.The studio is  light and well designed and the equipment is very well mauntained.Lauren is fantastic;she is friendly,flexible and very knowledgeable.

Coastal Pilates & Fitness is located in the Beautiful
Boambee valley just 10 minutes south of Coffs Harbour centre. 
The studio is situated on 10 acres and has been purpose built for
both Pilates and personal training.  
The studio is a fully equipped Pilates studio offering private
and semi-private sessions, machine and mat classes.
We offer personal training for both individuals and small groups
and the following classes:  Group PT, Beyond 50, Barre Attack
and TRX suspension training.
We specialise in 'Female health and performance' coaching.
Also nutrition coaching using Matt O'Neill's Metabolic Jumpstart
program framework.
We pride ourselves in being small and personal.  We are not
a gym.
If travelling south along Pacific Highway, take the first
Sawtell turn off then turn right to Boambee.  
If travelling north along the Pacific Highway, turn left into
South Boambee Road just after the Liberty service station at
Boambee.
