Welcome to Momentum Pilates. Our team combines expert knowledge
of anatomy and rehabilitation with the principles of Pilates and
provides class options specific to your needs. We see ourselves as
movement re-educators and understand that returning to exercise
after an injury can be both challenging and daunting. That’s why
we’ve created a safe environment where you can regain your
strength, confidence, and a love for movement.
Our studio specialises in Clinical Pilates, offering
personalised sessions led by Australian Physiotherapy and
Pilates Institute (APPI)
trained physiotherapists. Clinical
Pilates is a modified exercise practice that improves strength,
stability, mobility, flexibility and proprioception with our
individual and small group classes designed to meet your specific
goals. These sessions are ideal for those with complex or mutiple
conditions including injury, pre and post surgical rehabilation,
chronic and neurological conditions as pre-natal and post-natal.
Health fund rebates apply. 
In addition to our Clinical Pilates offerings, we also provide
performance Pilates reformer classes. With a maximum of just 8
individuals per class, we ensure that you receive tailored feedback
and precise cueing from our skilled and experienced
instructors.These sessions focus on strength, flexibility, and
endurance.
