A Level 2 class is our more advanced option, perfect for those who have done 3-4 of our All Levels classes (or if you've previously done Pilates before)! Get ready to move through the exercises and series with a bit more flow, and challenge yourself with new moves and added equipment. Think balance, stability, control, combinations, and holds. As always, you will still have options for those really tricky exercises so if you're still not too sure, come and give it a go... we'd love to help you through your first Level 2 Class!
