Reformer Pilates for everyone from beginner to advanced. In this class we practice the fundamental Pilates principles of alignment, control, breath and precision in our movements to develop a strong mind-body connection, so that you get the most out of every work out! All of our classes are infused with strength training and cardio (think dynamic!) expect to sweat and have a good time!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class time. You must wear socks to class, preferably gripsocks which we sell at the studio.
