About the Class

Welcome to your Yin practise.  We have designed this class to balance the yang (busyness) in your life.  In a small group we tailor the class to suit your needs & encourage you to take the time to rest your mind and body.  You will learn how to take slower and deeper breaths that are nourishing and nurturing.  Spend longer in passive stretches and take time out from your daily grind.    Allow our teachers to help you connect to your body and mind.    Long term pain areas such as sciatica, bursitis, frozen shoulder, back pain, headaches, neck pain are also greatly improved after this style of class.    We recommend you include these classes as part of your overall physical & mental health & well being.   Please inform us of any injuries, pregnancy or conditions that may affect your ability to participate in any of our classes.
