Ana was born in Europe but grew up on Sydney’s northern beaches. She is a Polestar certified mat and reformer instructor who enjoys working with people and helping people become more mobile and strong. After years of working in the office behind a desk she decided to change her career in order to have a more balanced and healthier lifestyle. This led her to discovering Pilates and Polestar Education is where she studied and honed her skills to become an instructor.
