Vivian studied her Bachelor in Physiotherapy in the US in 2007 and then went on to study Pilates with Polestar International. She is a registered pilates reformer & studio teachers. She has so much joy from teaching pilates. Her classes are very fun due to her fun sense of humour. She also understands the body & it's amazing mechanics so she is very thoughtful to injury, she is creative in her lesson plans & encourages movement of the spine in all directions. Vivian is currently a cover teacher for Pilates360 whilst she is raising her young children.
