Inspired Pilates and Yoga
Personal Practice: I started Pilates in 2014 as a way to complement my other training. Pilates quickly became something that I always need in my routine to improve and maintain core strength. I love that Pilates is dynamic, can train lots of different movement patterns and how deliberate each exercise is. Teaching Since: 2019 About Me: I like to stay active because it helps me to think clearly. When I’m not in a Pilates class, you can probably find me strength training, on the spin bike, or coaching gymnastics. I love to travel and have even made it part of my trips to find new classes and gyms to try in different cities! About My Classes: My classes cater for all abilities and I like to make sure that my classes are enjoyable by providing a challenge and encouraging body awareness. Drawing upon my gymnastics background, I like to create Pilates classes that work through a diverse range of movement patterns to improve full body strength and stability.
