About the Class

Jumpboard Reformer Pilates is an invigorating and dynamic workout that combines elements of Pilates with cardiovascular exercise. The jumpboard is attached to the end of the Reformer. During this class, you will perform a series of plyometric jumping exercises using the jumpboard which will work to elevate your heart rate, strengthen your legs and activate your core.  We do not recommend this class for anyone with injury or from second trimester of pregnancy.
