Molly has a strong dance background, however a serious back injury redirected her career path toward injury recovery. After completing Pilates training in 2019, she went on to earn a double degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Southern Cross University. Pilates has not only helped her manage chronic injury but has also fueled her passion for helping others recover, improve sports performance, and move with ease in daily life. Molly is dedicated to the mind-body connection, believing it is essential for both physical health and psychological well-being.
