Moving Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Newmarket, proudly
serving the surrounding suburbs of Alderley, Ashgrove,
Bardon,
Herston, Red Hill, Kelvin Grove, Wilston and nearby areas.


Our inclusive, warm and welcoming studio supports
people at all stages of life to
build strength, improve flexibility and feel
confident
through
small Pilates classes, private one-on-ones, semi privates and
hands-on coaching.

people build lasting strength, mobility and resilience - not just short-term
fitness.

We offer a reformer beginner class, reformer stretch &
mobility, jump board and all levels class. Classes are layered up,
and you go to the layer you feel safe and
challenged.



You
can also start out with our private and clinical Pilates one-on-one
sessions, proceed to semi privates and later on to our group
classes or stay with our privates and semi privtes, working on your
individual designed program
