Keep Moving Pilates, we meet you were you are at. Choose from group
classes for a maximum of nine, privates, duets and semi privates.
 
Our
classes are designed by our instructors and aim to build strength,
enhance flexibility, and boost your confidence at every step of
your journey.  
We
encourage you to progress at your own pace, as far as you feel
comfortable, safe and challenged.

located on Enoggera Road corner Ashgrove Avenue. Newmarket Village
Shopping Centre is close by.
You
can access the car park via Enoggera Road or Ashgrove
Avenue.

You get to know the reformer, its functions and move through introductory exercises.
