Our mat classes are designed to work all your muscles, move your body in all directions whilst you flex, rotate and extend. All of these movements work to improve your core and overall strength, improves your balance, mobility, coordination, flexibility, your posture and you can develop long, lean muscles and more. You will be challenged in each class and progress continuously at your own pace. In our mat classes you will also be using props such as the magic circle, thera band, stability balls and more. Classes are catered for all levels.
