About the Class

Our total body jumpboard class will add an extra dimension to your workout. What is a jump board? It’s an additional piece of equipment added to the base of the bed, providing a surface you can ‘jump’ on, opening up a world of plyometric exercises to target the lower body. You won't be jumping for the whole 45 minutes, but expect blocks of jumping that will utilise the board to increase the heart rate in a low impact way. *We recommend completing 3-5 standard total body classes before attending a jumpboard class.*
