This pilates class is built to improve your strength and bone density. We require all attendees to undergo an initial assessment with MET Phys' Exercise Physiologist to ensure we understand your needs, your body's needs and your goals. By using the Pilates reformer machine, you'll work on building strength, toning muscles, and improving body alignment. You can expect to perform various strength exercises that utilize the reformer's springs and straps to add extra resistance and challenge. By the end of the class, you'll feel an invigorating sense of strength and confidence and appreciate the total body movement this dynamic workout brings.
