Athletic Mat Pilates is a challenging, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and control. Incorporating Intermediate and Advanced Pilates movements, this class focuses on core stability, balance, and flexibility while targeting underutilised muscles. Expect dynamic sequences, isometric holds, and small props to enhance mobility and coordination. DO NOT BOOK if you are pregnant or injured.
