A full-body strength and conditioning class combining calisthenics, hand weights, and heavy kettlebells. Build strength, endurance, and stability through dynamic movement, static holds, and power-driven exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels, this session will challenge and energise you. Our Child-Friendly classes welcome parents to practice with their children present in the room. Parents are encouraged to bring something to keep their little ones occupied and remain responsible for them at all times.
