Hi, I'm Lucy! Originally from the UK, I made the leap to Australia in 2011 and have been loving every minute of my journey here. With over 10 years of experience as a fitness instructor and personal trainer, I’ve had the pleasure of teaching a wide variety of classes including barre, Pilates, boxing, boot camps, step aerobics, TRX, and rebound – to name just a few! Throughout my career, I've developed a passion for strength training, with a special focus on building strong glutes and improving overall fitness through high-intensity interval training. But what really drives me is helping people not only get stronger, but also enjoy the process along the way. As a mum of two beautiful children, I have a deep understanding of the changes the body goes through during pregnancy and postpartum. I’m dedicated to providing safe, effective, and empowering workouts for women at every stage of life. While I teach a variety of classes, Pilates – especially Reformer Pilates – is where I truly shine. I’m passionate about creating an enjoyable and results-driven experience for all my clients, and my goal is always to make sure you leave feeling stronger, more confident, and more connected to your body.
