Sarah has been in the fitness industry for 20 years.  She holds a Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and is currently completing her Certificate 4 in Nutrition. Sarah teaches a range Group Exercise classes including Pilates (Mat, Reformer, Barre) Stretch classes and freestyle programs. She loves teaching classes and seeing the positive Physical and Mental outcomes it has on people. Sarah is a keen runner & certified run coach. I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your health & fitness goals!
