About the Class

Per term basis for MONDAY evening's. 11years and above able to attended. We offer casual class rates for $25.00 per session however you are not guaranteed a spot. please check your children's after school activities per term to avoid missing out on classes..   Participating in a fitness class at a young age can have numerous positive impacts on a teenager's overall physical health and well-being.
