This class runs on THE LAST TUESDAY OF EVERY MONTH Our Meditation class focuses on learning and practicing different techniques that will assist you in reaching a meditative state. This class will also touch on Yoga Philosophy and will inclue guided meditations. Some of the techniques we will cover are: Pranayama - breathing exercises Pratyahara - sense withdrawal Dharana - focused concentration Having a meditation practice can benefit you by: Increasing self awareness, decreasing stress and anxiety, improving mindfullness and sleep as well as generating compassion.
