INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED MATWORK We are heading towards the level of the traditional Pilates exercises now with lots of variations to challenge and improve your mind and body in so many ways . With classes changing every week you will never get bored! PLUS you get the benefit of the Pilates method, working to improve your posture, alignment, core, strength, balance and movement patterns while we incorporate props (our 'toys') such as foam rollers, mini balls, magic circles, hand and ankle weights, resistance bands and fitballs. We will always offer options for less and more advanced clients With a maximum 16 per class and all equipment supplied.
You must have completed a beginner course or introductory session if you have not practiced Pilates before. Please be aware a group class may not be suitable for some injuries or conditions.
