About the Class

INTERMEDIATE REFORMER & CHAIR We start to increase the challenges and mind body focus now so be prepared for a full body workout and more improved posture & balance using the magical Reformer bed We will offer options and modifications for different levels within the class as you feel you can progress further. AND you also get to work on the amazing Wunda Chair Focus on the Pilates principles and concepts, including correct breathing and core muscle activation using spring based resistance to challenge your stability and build your strength.

Special Instructions

You must have completed a beginner course or introductory session if you have not practiced Pilates before. Please be aware a group class may not be suitable for some injuries or conditions. Contact us if you are unsure which class to book into All equipment is supplied but you are required to bring your own full a towel or mat to lie on and socks are complusory (Toe sox & Reformer Mats available at the studio) Please note our  12 hour cancellation policy on ALL Pilates & Stretch Classes and Expiry dates on purchases ** BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL AS CLASS SIZES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED FOR YOUR BENEFIT **
