AND you also get to work on the amazing Wunda Chair Perfect if you have not been doing Pilates for long, are recuperating after injury or illness or would like a lower intensity class.
You must have completed a beginner course or introductory session if you have not practiced Pilates before. Please be aware a group class may not be suitable for some injuries or conditions.
