Joanna began Core Pilates in 2003 with a passion for helping people improve their lives through body awareness, alignment, core stability & functional movement. Joanna has a background in professional dance & a Diploma in Performing arts (Dance), holds a Diploma in Pilates Movement Therapy and is a qualified Human Movment Specialist.
