This class builds on the repertoire covered in the essentials class; adding progressions, props and flow sequences to further challenge your body’s strength, balance, and coordination. An all-body workout – arms, legs, core, glutes, back – we’ve got you covered. This class is 50 minutes in length. Not sutiable for pregnancy or post-natal clients.
