Special Instructions

Welcome to your Emsella treatment! To ensure the best possible experience and results, please review the following instructions before your appointment: Before Your Appointment Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing. There is no need to undress for this treatment, but avoid wearing items with excessive metal (e.g., belts, large buckles, or heavy zippers). Hydration: Stay well-hydrated before your session. Hydration supports optimal muscle engagement and recovery. Medical Considerations: If you have any medical implants (e.g., pacemakers, defibrillators, or other electronic devices), please inform us before your appointment. Notify us of any recent surgeries or conditions affecting your pelvic region. Timing: Arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle before your session. Your initial appointment includes a 15-minute consultation. During Your Treatment Comfort: You will remain fully clothed and seated comfortably on the Emsella chair. Sensation: Expect a tingling or tapping sensation in your pelvic floor muscles, similar to mild muscle contractions. This is completely normal and not painful. Relaxation: Sit back and relax while the Emsella chair works its magic! After Your Treatment No Downtime: You can resume normal activities immediately after your session. There is no recovery period required. Hydration: Continue to drink plenty of water post-treatment to support muscle recovery. Consistency: For best results, follow the recommended series of six sessions, spaced as advised by your therapist. Important Notes If you are pregnant, have a metal IUD, or experience any unusual discomfort during the treatment, please inform your therapist immediately.
