

Mommy & Me Barre Bring your baby (ages 0–1) and join us for a welcoming, mom-friendly Barre class. This class blends strength, balance, and flow — all with your little one right by your side on a mat. Music is played at a softer volume, and your instructor (a fellow mom) understands exactly what this season of life feels like. It’s not about perfection — it’s about moving, connecting, and feeling strong in a supportive, judgment-free space. Babies wiggle, giggle, and nap beside you while you take time for yourself.
Welcome to Mommy & Me Mat Fusion Pilates! We’re so excited to have you and your little one join us. To help you feel comfortable and prepared, here’s what you’ll need to know before class: What to Bring Your baby carrier, so you can wear baby!! Diaper bag essentials (diapers, wipes, snacks, bottles, etc.) A small blanket or play mat for your baby to lie on Your baby’s favorite toys to keep them entertained nearby Water bottle (hydration for you!) Comfy workout clothes that you can move in What’s Provided Small props (balls, bands, weights, etc.) for your workout A supportive, judgment-free space where both movement and motherhood are welcome What to Expect Classes are 45 minutes and move at a steady but flexible pace Your baby can be right beside you on their blanket or in your arms if needed It’s okay if there’s crying, feeding, or diaper changes — we get it You’re welcome to pause, cuddle, or even let one of us hold your baby while you move Each session focuses on building strength, improving posture, and reconnecting with your core while bonding with your little one Pro Tips Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle in Feed/change baby before class if possible for a smoother start Give yourself grace — every class will feel a little different, and that’s perfectly okay
