I graduated from university with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Rehabilitation and Welfare. Even after graduation, I continued to exert constant effort in self-development by enrolling in studies involving Kids’ Exercise Prescription, Elderly Rehabilitation, Sports Massage, and Personal Training. Recognizing the potential positive synergy between my major and Pilates, I expanded my skill set by obtaining a Pilates certification.I have gained extensive knowledge and practical experience by working with a diverse range of patients in various fields such as rehabilitation hospitals, obstetrics and gynecology clinics, and pediatric specialized clinics. As a result, I have developed a broad understanding of each patient’s challenges and possess skills that equip me to better comprehend and treat them.
