Hi, I’m Anne! I am a STOTT PILATES® trained instructor with a passion for helping others improve their posture, strength, and overall well-being through Pilates. My own journey with Pilates transformed my posture and movement patterns, and it’s this personal experience that inspires me to share the benefits of pilates with my students.I believe that everyone has the potential to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident through Pilates. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I teach in both English and Mandarin. I hope to have the opportunity to meet you and grow together on this journey to better health and movement!
