About the Class

Level 1 is where new clients start. The pace is slow to moderate, allowing time to learn the equipment set ups, core support and saftey around the machines.

Special Instructions

The studio is available to enter 5 minutes before the start of class. Please silent your mobile and leave it with your belongings in the provided baskets. Masks are now optional at the studio and proof of vaccination is no longer required. If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID, please cancel your class. Hand sanitizer is at the door to the studio and equipment cleaner is provided for each machine.
