Welcome to our boutique Pilates studio, where we offer a range
of classes to suit every fitness level and goal. Our small group
reformer classes provide a personalized and engaging workout
experience. For those seeking one-on-one attention, we offer
private Cadillac (Alliston location) and private reformer classes
and duet classes.
At our studio, we pride ourselves on being supportive and
fostering an amazing, inclusive community. While we take Pilates
seriously and are committed to helping you achieve your fitness
