It is well known that mindfulness based practices are phenomenal in reducing stress and increasing well being. However the challenge lies in finding the time, energy and motivation to engage in them every day. In this class we explore 4 pillars that make up a solid daily practice with Movement, Breath, Meditation & Intention Setting while setting the tone for each new week. Each class will include about 25 mins of movement incorporating stretching, mobility and grounding techniques. About 10 mins of intentional breathing and 25 mins of guided meditation and intention setting.
