About the Class
Pilates Equipment Classes can be on any of the large equipment we have in the Equipment Studio. STOTT Pilates V2 Max Reformers, with the Cadillac Frame, and Stability (Wunda) Chairs are put to good use!
Special Instructions
Grip socks are required. They may be purchased at the studio for $25+tax. PREREQUISITE You need to have done reformer classes before, or complete a private session to ensure your safety on the pilates machines.
