About the Class

A welcoming blend of ballet, Pilates, strength, and flexibility training using the barre. You’ll learn foundational arm and foot positions, along with classic movements like pliés, tendus, and more—all designed to help you build strength, confidence, and body awareness. Class may be gently progressed to an intermediate level when all clients are familiar with the basics. Recommended for new clients. Open to all levels.
