About the Class

Flow through our 60 minute heated hatha yoga class that includes poses from our classic 26 & 2. This dynamic practice blends powerful, grounding postures with mindful breathwork in a heated room to enhance flexibility, balance, and full-body strength. You'll build core stability, improve posture, and leave feeling aligned, energized, and deeply refreshed. All levels are welcome. Whether you're new or experienced, all levels are welcome to join this powerful, mindful practice. Don't forget your mat, towel, and water bottle—you'll want them for this energizing class!

Special Instructions

Please arrive 10 minutes before class to ensure that you have enough time to sign in and set up your mat.  Doors close 1 minute before class starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted into the class and will be considered a no-show, subject to a $20 no-show fee. Late Cancellation: You must cancel the class booking at least 3 hours before the class start time or a late cancellation fee of $10 will be automatically charged.
