The heart of this class is a slow-paced vinyasa flow, where each movement is thoughtfully connected with the breath. The deliberate pace of Vinyasa flow allows you to cultivate both strength and flexibility in your muscles and fully immerse yourself in the experience, promoting mindfulness and tranquility. To conclude the class, you will gracefully return to the mat for a series of deep stretches and restorative poses.  This final part of the class helps you to relax, release tension, and nurture your body.
