Whether you're familiar with the wonderful Pilates equipment or have never tried but are curious as to what it's all about, this fun drop-in class is for you! With a full-body exploration that gives you time on the reformer, chair and barrel, your body will thank you for renewing and re-inventing your Pilates practice. Focusing on movements that individually target and then integrate varied muscle groups and joints, you'll leave class feeling stronger and more cohesively connected throughout your body - setting you up to take on your daily activities and hobbies with better alignment, support, and efficiency. This class is limited to 6 students. The building is locked, so please meet Emily on the ramp at the back of the building at 240 Roncesvalles Ave 5 minutes before class starts so she can let you in!
