[IN STUDIO] Hatha Yoga: All Levels

About the Class

This all-levels Hatha yoga class focuses on working with your body's natural movement patterns, bringing harmony and ease to the asanas (postures). Moving mindfully, we develop focus and awareness, learning to let go of old patterns of tension. Tension is released, muscles awaken, joints become free, and we develop a practice where movement is stress-free and fluid. Improve your balance, strength, flexibility and mobility. This class includes some movement and flow, but also allows lots of time to breathe deeply, relax and be still. These classes are perfect for beginners, older students and those who need, or like to go more slowly.  *This class can be easily modified for spine-safe movements for those with osteoporosis*

Special Instructions

This drop-in class is limited to 10 students. Masks are optional for everyone, including our Boomerang staff. The church where the studio is located is currently locked due to Covid protocols. Please meet your teacher at the door on the ramp in the parking lot at 240 Roncesvalles Ave 5 minutes before class starts. If you aren't able to be there by 2 minutes to class time, unfortunately you will miss the class. And we don't want you to miss your class!
