This drop-in class runs on Tuesdays at 7:15 pm and we're adding Saturdays at 10 am on Nov 5. Yay! Please note: the Saturday class will be a hybrid version with the Zoom session running at the same time. Only the teacher will be visible on Zoom. Build your fundamental skills, strength and mobility, get your body moving and be confident going into other classes! Masks are optional, but we retain the right to bring themback if needed. The windows will be open and we have 2 large air purifiers running during class.
