Combine Pilates, self-massage, joint mobility, balance and coordination for a great class that feeds all your needs (along with Alison's trademark tips and bits of nerdy anatomy and movement science)!  This whole body approach to Pilates will challenge your brain as much as your body.   This class is safe for bone and joint issues and is perfect for those wishing to increase their strength and flexibility while adding to their understanding how the body moves. This drop-in class is limited to 10 students for social distancing purposes.  NOTE: this is an IN STUDIO class. For the online versions please go back to the schedule and find WHole Body Pilates on Tuesdays and Fridays on Zoom.
