About the Class
This intermediate level class is based on pilates and dance moves that will sculpt and strengthen your whole body, upper and lower! No pilates or dance experience necessary. CLICK HERE to access your class (replay available until Wednesday at 11:59 pm EST)
Special Instructions
CLICK HERE to access your class. Please join us a few minutes before class starts to ensure you're all set up with audio and video settings as you prefer. You can select “stop video” by clicking the video camera icon at the bottom left of your screen to participate in the class without being visible to the teacher or other students. You can select “mute” by clicking the mic icon at the bottom left of your screen or the three dots at the top right of your personal video. In a class of more than three, you can select to see only the teacher by hovering over her video and selecting “spotlight”.
