About the Class

LEVEL - Beginner This class is great for clients with no or little Piltaes experience. Focus of the class will be learning Pilates and movement principles which include: breathing, balance, muscle development, technique and to learn the exercises and equipment.  It's a whole body workout with a special attention to form. Modifications will be given for those with injuries.
