Level: Absolute Beginners For first and second timers. The Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that consists of a sliding carriage with resistance springs, straps, and other attachments. It is designed to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. When we talk about flow in Pilates training, we mean that the individual exercises are performed at the right pace. A “Reformer flow” typically involves a series of continuous movements on the Pilates Reformer, transitioning smoothly from one exercise to the next. The goal is to engage multiple muscle groups, improve core strength, and enhance flexibility through controlled and precise movements. Pilates Reformer flows can vary in complexity and intensity, catering to different fitness levels and goals.
