This Reformer Pilates class is perfect for those looking to take their workout to the next level. While the workout is challenging and focused on building endurance, don't be intimidated if you're a beginner—our trainers will adjust movements to ensure you feel comfortable and supported, regardless of your experience. For those familiar with the equipment, you'll enjoy a variety of exercises that incorporate weights, resistance bands, cardio, trampolines, and circle rings, offering a dynamic and engaging workout.

Special Instructions

Studio Etiquette Wear comfortable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are required for all classes (bare feet are not permitted). Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio. Arrive on time to ensure the class flows smoothly. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in and prepare. Be sure to clean your equipment and return any props to their proper place after your workout. If you have any injuries or limitations, please inform your instructor so they can offer appropriate modifications. If a movement feels uncomfortable or causes pain, listen to your body and stop. What to Bring: A positive attitude, a big smile, and don't forget your water bottle!
