Combining elements of Ballet & Pilates, this class is incredible for improving your balance & strengthening your whole body. You don’t need a barre to participate either, just a chair or table will do… Or you could be daring and give it a go without?! #HEYLOOKNOHANDS! This is a low impact class with great results for your body, so regardless of your fitness levels - Barre will benefit you. Classes are between 45 & 60 minutes, suitable (and recommended) for all ages & abilities.
