Mandala Flow Yoga This 60-minute practice begins with grounding yin postures, moves into a dynamic mandala flow that travels all the way around your mat, and finishes with a calming meditation to wind-down. Inspired by the Sanskrit word mandala, meaning “circle”, we'll flow in all directions, building strength, balance and coordination while exploring yoga asana from a fresh perspective. The circular nature of the practice encourages creativity and a sense of playfulness, helping you tap into a flow state where movement becomes more fluid. Mandala Yoga is inspired by one of the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire or Air — bringing a unique theme and energy to your practice. A chance to move, explore and unwind at the end of the week.
