all about stretching out your whole body; focusing on opening your
hips, releasing tension in your shoulders, improving leg
flexibility & correcting your posture.
The beauty of this class is that absolutely anyone can join.
Flexitone was originally created for people who struggled with
their flexibility so we take you step by step through progressions
for you to feel huge improvement in just a few weeks. This is a 45
minute, low impact class.

Class Packs are available in 5 Classes/10 Classes and are valid for 3 months.  You can purchase a 5 Class Pass for £39 (£7.80 per class) and 10 Class Pass for £68 (£6.80 per class).

8 classes per month

As a Silver member, you'll have access to our full schedule of classes plus discounts on specialist workshops.
 
You'll be able to attend up to 8 classes per month (in studio or virtual).  Perfect for some gentle accountability to yourself to attend your fav classes regularly. 

This membership reduces the cost per class to just £6.50  - almost half the price of a single class pass (drop in of £12).

Your 8 visits per month commences on the date of purchase and re-sets on each direct debit payment date. 

If you don't get around to using all of your visits the system will roll over 2 classes into your next month.  These will last that next month only.   

For added flexibility, should you run out of visits in your membership month you can top up with by purchasing a Class Pass or a Class Pack (available in 5 or 10).

The class packs last 3 months giving you lots of options, during times when you'd like a bit more FRESH in your life.

The most comparable discount would be to purchase the 10 Class Pass Pack.

How it Works

Your 16 visits per month commences on the date of purchase and re-sets on each direct debit payment date. 

Class Rollover

If you don't get around to using all of your visits the system will roll over 2 classes into your next month.  These will last that next month only.
