Duet Session - In person

About the Appointment

We offer you the option to spend time with a friend, partner or team-mate, while also receiving the personalised Pilates instruction and attention of a private session. In these sessions you both will enjoy the opportunity to utilise the full range of Pilates apparatus.  We recommend individual Explore Sessions before commencing Duets. Suitable for everyone, ideal for those practitioners at a similar level.
